Millicent Sarre is Opinionated is a cabaret show that smashes the patriarchy with some very cute boots. Performed by Millicent Sarre - cabaret artist, singer-songwriter, vocal coach, musical theatre performer, law graduate and "professional feminist”, Millicent is perhaps best known in Perth for the podcast Feminism Ruins Everything. 

A sequel of sorts to her first solo show Friendly Feminists (don’t worry you don’t need to have seen that show to love this one), this show explores Millicent’s opinions on a plethora of aspects of feminism, and she does not hold back. Revealed through song, monologue, and ‘white girl rap’, Millicent’s opinions are funny, controversial, and indubitably correct. Possessed of a gorgeous voice and fantastic timing, the hour long show simply flies.

While her appearance has absolutely nothing to do with her intellect, wit or talent, Millicent looks absolutely fabulous in what may well be the best suit at FringeWorld, and her views on body image and self-worth are opinions that need to be heard.

A great show to see with your sisters, mum, or besties - it’s unfortunate that those who most need to see this show will never venture through the door. A great choice for everyone who values feminism, which should be, well…. everyone.
