The foyer of the Bille Brown Theatre was the venue for an informal afternoon tea funded by Queensland Theatre to honor and celebrate the life and career of Joan Whalley OAM, who passed away on 27 August 2021, at the Glasshouse Views Nursing Home, Beewah, just a couple of months shy of her 94th birthday.

Come From Away and Hamilton to Re-Open in Sydney

Producers Rodney Rigby and Junkyard Dog Productions have announced that the Tony and Olivier award-winning musical COME FROM AWAYis preparing to reopen at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney from Wednesday 20 October.

With theatres able to reopen at 75% capacity until further advice from the NSW Government, tickets are now on sale for dates through to 28 November 2021.
