Queensland Theatre Season 2020

Queensland Theatre has launched its Season 2020, the Company’s 50th season of stage stories and the final under the artistic directorship of Sam Strong. 

“Season 2020 confirms Queensland Theatre as the national home of new stories, with 50 percent of the season being world premieres,” said Strong.

OzAsia Festival 2019

Thirty-five Adelaide exclusives including five world-first performances and 22 Australian premieres are among 60 events being held as part of Adelaide Festival Centre’s OzAsia Festival 2019 – Australia’s leading contemporary arts festival engaging with Asia.

Held from October 17 to November 3, the 13th annual OzAsia Festival will feature 850 artists from more than 20 countries in a line-up of boundary-pushing works across music, theatre and dance to film, literature and visual art.   

Ensemble Theatre Season 2020

Mark Kilmurry, Artistic Director, Ensemble Theatre has announced the theatre’s 2020 Season which, says Kilmurry, “will be a season of forty of Australia’s most talented actors in eleven plays of firsts and lasts, classics and comedies including eight new works, seven brilliant comedies, three much-loved classics plus a collaboration for the first time with Sydney Festival.
