The Mystery of Edwin Drood Lets Bankstown Audiences Decide

Bankstown Theatre Company is presenting The Mystery of Edwin Drood, amusical ‘whodunit’ which is loosely based on Charles Dickens' famous unfinished novel, in July 2014.  Drood takes audience participation to new heights by letting them directly affect the play's outcome by voting for whomever they think is the murderer.

Written by WA Academy of Performing Arts graduates James Millar and Peter Rutherford, the musical makes its WA premiere at the Old Mill Theatre from July 11 – 26, 2014, directed by Graeme Johnson with musical direction from Paul Lawrence Olsen.

Tony Nominees Cabaret Style at Mosman

Ten, a cabaret style evening of entertainment featuring music from shows nominated for Broadway’s Tony Awards in the last ten years, plays at the Mosman Art Gallery for four performances only from June 21. Produced by Mosman Musical Society, Ten features numbers from hits such as Wicked, Legally Blonde & Spamalot, and relatively lesser known musicals in Australia including Book of Mormon, Grey Gardens, Catch Me If You Can, Kinky Boots and Xanadu.
